My 7d rig finally fully setup...

definitely nice, no doubt! one concern tough: you paid three and a half k for your setup, and have the rode videomic (from what i can see) directly plugged into the camera. why not spend ~180 for a Zoom H2 and get rid of the agc problems? the issue is so severe, i would call the audio footage with the hissing noise in the background useless.

I don't do audio. My sound guy is for that. I have the rode mic on there just for personal use.

I added a few things to my rig...

cut the rails.

Made it so I can unscrew 2 knobs and attach the shoulder part of the rails or detach them in seconds. notice shoulder pad and counterweight are all attached to the rail system in one chunk. So It's very convenient and easy to take off and on. plus they are always positioned where I want them

added counterweight. (need 1 more still)

Added juicedlinkdt454. I am going to mount this somewhere else it's currently held on by gaffer tape.

Also pictured is my audio technica 4073a.

Everything is really easy to take off and on to change for whatever shooting situation I may need.
