I'm experimenting with the hack hability to make mpeg frame rates so low as 2fps, plus combining this with the lpowell (thanks) anamorphic mpeg patch (1920x816). Due to such low frame rate I push the mpeg quality settings a lot without problems. Then I put the resulting video in a AE sequence (25p) and conform to 25fps. Instant time lapse. Then I can match the video to frame size to obtain a full 1920x1080 result if I want.
I tried 1fps but my GH1 beggins to record and there is no way to stop it. Only taking off the battery!!!!. Obviously nothing recorded in the card:crybaby:
