Michael_Petro Presents "Briefcase"

Hey Carli. Welcome to DVX. Yeah the guys get hung up on the kissin. We don't get out much. (Or get much of anything, haha). Just had chicken and a little bordeaux in a disco. (Actually it was a can of roasted peanuts in my basement while chugging a beer.) But hey, I'm there in spirit.:beer:

I just saw those pix on page one... looks like fun. And I see you still haven't been able to get your dvx off of that mic stand! :grin:

What camera is that on the "real" tripod??? I don't recognize it. And speaking of the tripod... I am expecting my Bogen 3191 sticks, 3066 head and 3067 dolly to arrive this week!!! (very similar to the one in your pic) I found it on Craigslist in CA. I am so excited to have a "real" tripod myself!!!
 
YEp loving the tripod... ain't mine though... got to get me one... its amazing how much better that manfroto is than than $100 tripod and head I was using.. also my micstand monopod combo gets me some pretty nice steady shots. wait you'll see.. Got one re shoot to do on the 20th then done, but its just some filler stuff no big deal we should be there about an hour tops mostly setting up the lights..

one minor annoyance is I missed a shot completely so I will have to do some creative editing for that part. fortunately it wont mess with the flow at least I hope it wont.

I kid you about your mic stand rig... you know that. I really do want to experiment with something myself.

And I can't wait for my tripod to get here.... it's killing me!

Sorry about the missed shot. That sucks. I am sure that you will cover it. (Just throw in that scene from Betrayal. d'oh! Did I just say that outloud???)

i will start editing in a fews hours i will post some grabs and some BTS... also i will post some intersting grabs BUT this is not betrayed so no freaking out :) :beer:
