Manual Lenses need help.

Well, I got some cash to burn and am looking to buy a nice manual zoom lens. I was looking for the equivalent of a 24-70 Canon L series, but completely manual, No electronics. Kinda ignorant in the realm of lenses. Ideally something futureproof for an AF100 in a year or so or maybe even Scarlett.

unless you're talking about cine lenses, vintage zooms are not great; the only vintage lenses I love are primes with 35mm or higher focal length
 
Is anything really future proof?

Off the top of my head I can't really think of any decent manual zooms aside from PL mount cine zooms which would seamlessly work with your future professional camera purchases.

Lower cost options in a compact lens would be the Red 18-50 & Red 17-50, and in a full size production zoom the Cooke 18-100 & 20-100.
