Major issues please HELP!!!!!

I have Final cut 4.5 , QT 7.2, and OS X 10.4.11. I upgraded my 12" mac to a 15" so that I would have the PC slot for my P2. My problem is that I cant see any of the QT files that I previously captured on my 12" on my new 15". Any Ideas?????

You're a little behind the curve there on FCP 4.5. You need a minimum of FCP 5.0.4 for P2 recognition. Time to upgrade to FCP 6.

What Barry said. I used fire wire to get the shots off of the P2 although it was a pain in the neck to do so. But my question now is: Once I upgrade to FCPS2 will I be able to view those shots that I captured in FCP 4.5?????
