MainConcept's AVCHD Transcoder

Is MainConcept's AVCHD Transcoder not being provided by Panasonic anymore? I don't see it on their site and it says it is no longer provided as of 11/26/10.

Is there another place to download it?
 
I think it has to do with the fact that all NLE's on the market can now recognize and use AVCHD, whether by transcoding or natively.
 
I still have Premiere Pro CS3 and cannot source the transcoder - is there a source now that Panasonic has pulled it from their page?

I still haven't found anything. I could use it for some of my clients who prefer uncompressed footage.
 
Has some one got it that they can upload? I think its going to be a good interim solution until I upgrade software.
 
Hey - been driving myself crazy trying to track this software down. This is the first time I've used avchd for a while, I used the transcoder years ago and it worked great. I expected it to still be available online. If anyone can help I'd be really grateful.
