This is great news, very very NICE. It seems like the Canon t2i is being made into an even better camera, man this is amazing.

I tried it on my Kiss x4 and it works! Only problem is i couldn't get it to auto boot so i had to update the firmware every time i turn it back on.

Awesome!

I was going to try it on mine, but i got the impression i need to use a 4GB card with Card Tricks? I only have 16GB fast enough for video, my 4GB is only 2 speed. :(

Sweet Freakin Sweet!!! I can now use my T2i for run and gun!!!!

That would be awesome to have a live focus assist.

NICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can a firmware be made to stop the 12min video limitation ? thx moe52

the reason it has the limitation is due to file size and the format the cards use i believe just like the hvx200 and p2 cards if they were to get around it they would basically need to make ti break up the video file into parts.

btw i almost jizzed in my pants to see progress on this i figured 7d would have got it first and then down the line maybe the t2i might. thank you!!

checks in the mail!

hey i just loaded ML on to my t2i works nicely. does anyone know if there is a forum just for magic lantern tech talk?

also anyone get the autoboot working? i did the card tricks and it says bootable now but it wont go for me.
