MacBook Pro 15" 2.4 GHz 3GB RAM 160 GB HD & Duel Adapter

Excellent Condition With Applecare until Next June 2010

Fantastic condition MacBook Pro 15" - 2.4 GHz - 3GB RAM - 160 GB Hard Drive - with Leopard 10.5.x - Purchased from Apple.

The computer is in great condition - showing only the wear and tear associated with normal use.

The screen is in gem-mint condition, as is the keyboard, discs, packaging, remote.

This computer was purchased June 2007 (with 3-year applecare), so there is about 1 year of Applecare left on the warranty. It has 3GB of RAM installed.

It has Leopard installed, and includes a duel adapter. This computer has never needed repair - the only service call was because the computer needed a new battery, so you will be getting this newer battery that has very few cycles on it!

There are no dead-pixels on the 15" Matte Screen that I can see.

I have all of the original packaging, manuals, adapter, power cords, etc. The box in in great condition. The styrofoam corners and original shipping box are also in perfect condition and will be used when shipping it to you.

i just wanted to say that this is one bad arse laptop! it was the last one made before apple decided to go w/ the unibody models. advantages it has over the new unibody macbook pros are the following:

1. express port...not the lame sd slot!(you can easily get a $5 sd usb card reader, but can you get a usb express slot reader? i think not!)

2. ability to buy multiple batteries. i like to have multiple batteries on hand and switch out. it is just plain convenient. don't care for a built in one and not have the ability to carry back ups.

3. 2 firewire ports. one 800, one 400. this is truly convenient especially if someone were to have an aja io and external hard drive such as the cal digit mini vr or sonnet fusion f2. plug in drive via express port and firewire 400 for power(does not bog down firewire bus), plug in ioHD into firewire 800 port. now that's what i call, PRO!

this is the last true macbook PRO and screams w/ FCP.
there are rumors of the quad core icore macbook pros coming out...but if it still has a sd slot reader over an express card, that would be lame! they might as well call it just a macbook .

here is a review of this laptop:

NOTE: i was not asked to help promote the selling of this macbook pro by mr. david s. just thought this was a screaming deal for an awesome laptop for $1095(even w/o the extras!)! of course, if david wants to send over some commision, pm me for my paypal account... ;P
