Any places sell these other than ebay?

and do they really allow you to change the aperture on G lenses?

also, if i got the G adapter.. would it work on the nikon lenses that have an aperture ring? or would I still need yet another adapter for those.,

Regarding aperture, they state:
built-in aperture dial allows G-type lens to adjust aperture
However, the only "dial" I see in the picture

is Lock<->Open ring. Does it control for aperture? If yes, how does one know what f-stop is selected?

I got the exact same one from eBay, not branded Fotodiox, and the lock <-> open ring controls the aperture closed to open. Lock was misleading at first when I thought it locked the lens in, and when I would control the aperture ring on the lens it didn't do anything. It clicks into place at the ends, but turns all the way through with no feedback in between.
