LoveFest Rules

Well, I have a shot of some ones eyeball, extreme close up. And you can see the camera in the reflection of his eye. Is that to hard?

As long as it can be clearly seen, than it would be acceptable.

When will the info be up on loading films to server somewhere?

The upload info will be provided at the time we begin accepting uploads. It should be fairly soon, so be watching for it.

do you have to put the title of the film at the beginning? before any footage?

No, it can appear over footage, or placed inside the opening sequence (such as I did for my HeroFest entry, Leap Of Faith )

Thanks for the reply. I might have to put the title and the credits over the movie when it's running in order to reduce the length. I'm wondering if this is legal.

It is acceptable to put the title over the running footage, but their needs to be separate credits after the ending frame, and all must be within the 6 minute time frame.

Can I extend the last frame of the last scene as a still shot and run the credits over it?

I need clarification on promoting the LoveFest entry on my own website. Can we post our film on our own website after the viewing starts or after the voting is over?

Thanks!

Wait until the fest is over or at least until voting has been closed... Rules state, no outside promotion until after the screening has been completed.

later,
