Love is a snowmobile racing across the tundra and then suddenly it flips over, pinning you underneath. At night, the ice weasels come.

---Matt Groening

Love. Who hasn't made a fool of themselves for love? In the entire universe, nothing is more complex than a human being and no emotion is more complex than love. Hate? Hate is simple and one-dimensional. Love is anything but simple. It's messy, complex, and complicated--shifting like sand under our feet.

I think I just fell in love with Barry_S.

Don't get jealous, Jack.

I'm sure this will be asked, but I'll go ahead and ask it now:

Are we limited to love as in romantic love... between lovers, or will themes dealing with love in general be acceptable as well (between two brothers for example)?

May be a dumb question regarding the required element. By camera do you mean still camera, video camera or does it matter?

a "camera" is defined as a device for capturing visual images in the form of photographs, motion picture film, or video signals.

Any kind of love is fine, but there's a limit to how far you can stretch the theme. Familial love? Definitely. A zombie's love for human flesh--don't make us DQ you. :)

Any camera is fine.

As to how far we can strech the theme, what about the love between a zombie and a vampire for example?

Seriously not trying to be facetious here, just looking for clarification before I settle on any idea: what about a guy's love for peanuts? A girl's love for Beethoven's music?

Not that those are strong contenders for a storyline or anything, I just want to find the boundaries in which I need to brainstorm :)

Can we submit more than 1 film?

I am doing my best to try and get even just one film together but was just wondering if by some miracle I can get two done would that be allowed.

Has anyone ever submitted two films in the same fest?
