LOONS - [ robinettefilms ]

[William_Robinette]

I'm in on this one! First DVXuser festival since Love Fest back in 2008 I believe. We have been working on a script for about three weeks now, finally locked locations and cast/extras this past weekend. Shooting is going to happen this Friday and Saturday a little bit east of Richmond on the shores of the James River in Virginia. Hopefully the story will live up to the beautiful location.

Main Cast:
Ben Price
Chris Ercolano
Zane Bevan
Adelaide Bell

And then we have about 16 others working as extras and secondary characters. That 6 minute limit is looking tighter every day.

Feels good to be back guys. Can't wait to see everyone's work in July!

Progress:

6/23 - Gathering props and generating a shot list for the weekend's shoot.

Stay dry or die. LOONS

Hey everyone,

As it tends to happen, life got in the way of us being able to complete this film in time for the festival. Actually due to a number of factors I haven't been around the forums for a couple weeks. I'm looking forward to taking a look at all the other entries and seeing how they turned out. Loons will get done shortly and I'll post it up in the forums as soon as that happens.

On to the next fest I guess!

Fun poster. Too bad things didn't work out. Good luck the next time around.
