Looking for GH2 RIG

But the question is if a shoulder rig can attached to this plate later on when I will have more money.

Looking at the shoulder rig photos in the site, I am not sure that this plate (209$) is extendable enough to support this kind of rig in the future....

I have a major art exhibition on Monday so I will deal with it later and contact Brian and let you know what the recomendation are.
I am up to 1000$ budget but no more! please guys! :)

That $195 baseplate (was $209) is completely adaptable. It has the correct hole pattern, so you can eventually mount a cross clamp to it, which is the key component to making a shoulder rig out of Berkey System parts.

Thanks Steve

Can you provide a link?
I searched and didn't find (and forum can't seach CPM cause its too short)

The video in the product page is only on the plate, too bad...

Besides, berkey system baseplate does not adjust the camera plate height, it just moves the rod holders which is fine for lens adjustment, not the camera body.
In my case If I want to mount the Nikon D3S on the same plate as GH2 I need the baseplate go down below the the rod level. Not possible with berkey.

I lost tracking...too much options and configurations... well I have to get back to this after my exhibition, thanks for all the help guys you are great

Ok guys I am back!

Well I have read a lot and seen a lot and now its time to order.
A reminder - I have D7000 and GH2 and I want this kind of setup in top of 1000$.
http://dslrvideoshooter.com/cheap-20-dollar-rig-works-well-for-hdslr-work/ (end of movie or watch the photo, only I need one handle for a start)

The equipment must have sexy look, I am paying a lot and I am not a pro, I want it to look good, Redrock style or Zacuto, and to go with black or silver, and not both if possible.

So - FF will be the Trusmt

The base plate must have quick release, this is important for me, and to fit D7000 and GH2.

This is what I tought to add:

Can I create the combination without the cheese plate or do I need to add it too?

Thanks for any help guys, and forgive me if I am not going with Berkey or CPM.
Berkey don't have plate with quick release as I see, and the rods are black and I don't want to mix black rods with the Zacuto silver plate that looks like the best plate for me.

I've used the Zacuto plate you have listed once to test it out. It is superb quality, but there is a potential issue. There is so much of the baseplate that sticks out in front of the SLR that on shorter lenses there is no way to use a follow focus because you just can't slide the follow focus back enough to engage the lens. It truly is a bummer because it is top quality and I was originally going to go with that one before I got my Shoot35 baseplate.
