GH2 Looking for Better Colors = Similar To Canon Dslr

While I love the res and image quality as of now I can't get the colors quite right how I like them. Images appears to be on the green side and skin tones just seem off. If there is one thing I love about Canon Dslr's were the colors more so skin tones. Does anyone have a guide to where I can achieve awesome skin tones? If anyone has shot on Canon Dslr's you know exactly what I am talking about

thanks

I just shot this raw with smooth settings at -2 -2 -2 0 with My Sigma 28mm f/1.8. I do not have a flash and used am led light for some simple fill. Also I exported the raw picture into Light Room and adjusted saturation and exposure. I'm guessing the first problem is I need to shoot around f4-5.6, then have some flash. Any tips what anyone sees wrong with this simple pic of my daughters toys? I know how to shoot video and edit , but I want to learn at least basic photography
thanks

Yes i have to honestly say greens natural outdoor and synthetic are the thing i dislike most with my GH2,i have tried and tried to adjust the color to no avail, the adjust box seems to make no difference to the color on my camera.:(

I've been trying to match up the GH1 with a 5dmkIII and 1dx and found it pretty difficult to get them ball park. To my eye the closest film mode on the GH1 is vibrant. Depending on the light source, you could try an 81b filter on the GH, which can help warm the tones a little.

Really? I find the GH2 to have nicer skin tones than Canon DSLRs. What's wrong with the picture?

The problem is likely that not all people necessarily see color the same. This caused me no end of problems in my last job as the photo lab chief and I "saw" at opposite points on the blue/yellow channel. He would QC portraits I had shot and printed and complain that the skin tones were way too blue and I had them looking "cyanotic".

When I printed so they looked "jaundiced" to me, he would pronounce skin tones "perfect". Clients would have me reprint those the lab chief was pleased with, so they most likely perceived color the same as I did. The lab chief eventually left me alone on the issue, but it was a problem for me for awhile.

On the GH2 a slight adjustment to the Yellow (Amber) direction and about 2 "notches" to the Magenta does it for me.
