Log and transfer makes fcp crash. How can I import and read xml, without raylight or

Suddenly, when I want to import footage through the usual log and transfer, fcp shuts down. My cam got hit buy a champagne bottle yesterday, so maybe that has something to do with it.

But i doubt it, because i can download the contents of the P2 with P2CMS. But i just can't read it now... ( i need those translation files )

Sorry if it seems like a question that's been postd before, but it's not. I cannot log and transfer and don't want to buy raylight. Any other solution ?

If you have P2CMS, then you should be able to bring the Video MXFs directly into the project. But the audio will not import with them.

thanks ! I will use this for now, since i have a deadline coming up. I will try to reinstall everything and update my firmware and so on.

Anyone got a final solution ?
