Nah. $400-475 tops (including Israeli Arm) if you avoid the absurdly heavy Marshall.
As I said, AspectHD and 2-3 cheap capture apps currently flip during capture, and given the rise of such adapters Iam certain all NLE's will do so within a year.... have to apply filters to all of your footage in post...
the extreme is really impressive. I hope they're going to ship it with caps on it though.
they should offer that without a question.
Just damn, I'm very impressed.· Hex key for adjustment/installation (we changed so that it will use 1 hex key for all the screws)
· End caps
· Logo (will be where the switch is right now)
· Light switch brought to the back to avoid distraction to the audience and easy to be seen by the shooter
· 3 screws to the mounts
· 1 threaded holes on the bottom of the front of the tube to be ready for support system
· Choice of 72mm or 82mm ring (the 82mm is not a step up/down, it’s 1 piece native ring, so it’ll be better)
You will get yours in about 3 weeks with all these improvements.

True the Zeiss lenses are very nice. Sorry I didn't mean to poo poo your footage. Glad you understand what I was getting at.
I spent many hours with different setups with the M2 to get sharp edges and succeeded. The Brevis gives sharp edges out of the box ( well it did for me I must have a nicely aligned HVX200, so when I saw the soft edges on your footage it jumped straight out at me.
Ok, so I got a hold of the Zeiss lenses last night and I shot a test of the res chart. You can download the full res results at this link: http://www.235studios.com/comparison.zip
.
Ok stop the presses. I just looked at their new adapter called the Letus Economy. Other than a new Condensor in the extreme (which I was informed by them wouldn't affect the image), an aluminum body, and the battery being inside the adapter, the economy is the same in everyway. Flips the image, same achromat, same ground glass, same everything except its plastic and the battery is held outside. Its also 900$ which makes it my choice...not the extreme. Paying that much extra for metal body, battery inside, and a new condensor that doesn't affect the image...thats just batty. Anyone else know about this?
Economy for me...definetly.
