Lens question!!

[dadirector89@yahoo.com]

I'm investing into a Canon 7D this summer... I will be shooting mainly music videos and was wondering what kind of lens I should invest to. I need something that's gonna get the job done but not too expensive. Suggestions?

Moving this to the lens discussion area (where, incidentally, there are dozens if not hundreds of threads on this exact topic).

first off: why a 7D and not a 60D or 600D?
