I have to 7D and I'm thinking about picking up the 5D soon. My concern is, I put my Tonkina 11-16mm on a 5D body and the framing was all F'ed up. Will the native Canon lenses such as the 50mm and 70-200mm have any issues when going from the 7D to the 5D? Naturally I'd assume no but I'd just like to throw it out there to see what you guys have to say.
 
Your Tokina 11-16mm is NOT designed to cover the full frame sensor of the 5DII. It is made for APS-C sensor cameras like the 7D and T2i. While it will mount on the 5DII, you'll get major vignetting at most (if not all) focal lengths.

In the Canon lens world, EF lenses will work on any camera. EF-S lenses are for APS-C cameras only. Other manufacturers have different nomenclature for their lenses, so it's always best to ask before buying whether it will work with your camera or not.
