Take the trolley Spencer!

I have done that once when i went to a padres game with friends.

I dig driving around though. Makes me feel impowered, especially since i just got my liscense fairly recently.

I'm not complaining about the boredom though, don't get me wrong - it gives me more opportunity to write/make movies!

Pretty cool, I agree w/ the indoor scenes sticking out, but it looked pretty cool. I effin hate that show!

haha, you guys have no idea how many times I went on mtv.com and replayed their intro movie

i can agree with you guys, the show is lame...but I still watch it (i know...pathetic)

you gotta admire the looks they get though, pretty slick. I read an article about it in the August issue of Videography magazine. They even mentioned the DVX in it/ says they use it sometimes in tight spaces, and gave positive comments about Panasonic's line of 24p cameras.

I made some adjustments according to your guys comments, thanks so much for the suggestions.

They're still kinda "eh" because my lighting wasn't so hot...100 XP gained tho.

Very professional looking. My only complaint is that the indoor close-ups look washed out and when you split the screen they really stick out like a sore thumb.

Chris

I was just thinking the same thing.

well, for the transitions I had to use 4 video tracks. simply drop your tracks in, overlap them, and then go to the "transitions" tab and click and drag the transition into where you need it.

After doing that it gets a little more complicated, I had to use the cookie cutter, and track motion to get the lines to move around, but maybe this picture will help you see what i'm talking about as far as venetian blinds go.

Totally nailed it, feel like sharing the veg file so we could see the track motion and other stuff you did?

Hunter

yeah i could do that...but i wonder- do you need all my avi files to actually see the track motion? or will it just have blank files with the lines still moving around?
