OTHER: --l Chum Per Hour l-- Dark Comedy Series

It's not perfect. I had to crank the aperture almost to the max in some shots. There are a few closeups of Christina that are a little bright.
It's not overexposed, but she stands out from the dark foliage background behind her.

LOL! At this point I've only got about 40 minutes of edited footage that will be released. Hardly 'Feature' status. :)

But yeah, get off your ass already.

40 minutes is half way!! Oh sh*t! I could be editing instead of talking!

I'm excited to this baby in it's entirety, good luck on saturday, there's a light at the end of this tunnel!
Thanks. It's just nice to get out there and keep busy.

We're releasing the first two episodes for the launch (Oct 2nd) and I'm really loving the chemistry that starts to form between them in the second one.
Fun episode.

The banners are up and running. There's not much for people to look at, yet.
We are putting Ep. 1 & 2 up on the site this Sunday. Finally... :)

Then a new episode out weekly following that.

Our shoot this weekend hit a major location snafu. Hopefully we can work around it.

I just want to say congrats, you really took the ball and ran with this. I can't believe you are already releasing episodes, pretty exciting!

Thanks, dude. Much appreciated.
It's definitely been a departure for me on this one. Great learning experience.

Well, tomorrow's shoot got canceled due to the location falling out from underneath us. The first bump in the road. Figures it would be our last shoot of the Season. Ep.4 will have to wait until next week.

Looking really good! Man, I slipped up on the launch date for some reason, but glad I checked in. Funny, funny stuff and some really great acting. I can't wait to see what happens next. Wally is a nut case. Lol.

Mike I have to say CHUM is one of the best roll outs I've seen yet for a webisode series. The site looks great, putting it on youtube is smart, the iPad2 giveaway is genius. I just watched the first 2 episodes and they are really funny and well acted and most importantly... well directed! You made a tight package with this series, it's pretty impressive. I just tweeted your URL (http://chumperhour.com) and promoted the iPad2 giveaway. Let's get this series viral.

I really dig the concept and the execution, Mike:beer:...

The title is the only thing I'm stumbling on.
Is it the noun usage? Because I would go with a version of "RENT-A-CHUM"?
-or-
Is it the verb usage? In which case I would use a wordplay as in "CHUM AROUND TOWN"

I'm not being a ballbreaker or a nitpicker here, but am looking through an audience's eyes
(which is how I view everything).
As the title is, I keep thinking of a fisherman paying a mate based on the buckets of offal he chums overboard.

It is like the Han Solo "12 parsecs" bit (being actually a distance, not a measurement of speed).
Then again, that was Han poo pooing Solo.

I didn't read this whole thread, so my concerns may have been addressed.

Again, love your execution, but as far as the title...

Edit:
Again, not having read the rest of the thread,
I knew nothing about the premier episode before viewing it.
It frankly wasn't until the second one that I fully realized what was going on.
(A title change would fix that in a second)
A random confused viewer might not have gone on to the second installment.
