we're all entitled to our opinion, but putting people down for entertainment doesnt help anybody.
If i put up a poster making fun of budda, jesus or any God someone follows, it definately would cause reaction, negative reaction. but iam better than that, and i love Allah, Mohammed and Jesus (peace be upon them)
I dont apolygize for anything, except if i was at fault, or hurt some one's feelings, i called no one brainless, like some others did
So if iam at fault for speaking the truth, let it be
and oh ya, i live in Canada, its a free country, so sue me

All: I think a large part of the reason the chest thumpers have gotten so angry so quickly is that we are flooded with anti-Bush rhetoric from a smarmy media industrial news complex, and we're tired of it. I frankly loath people who cannot acknowledge that we've freed millions of Iraqis from systematic death, torture and misery at the hands of a monster, when everyone else in the region was too afraid or too unwilling to sacrifice to stop him.
Perhaps the discussion can be elevated by avoiding the use of vicious sarcasm.

I posted that pic because 1) it cracks me up and 2) Militant Extremist Muslims are the root of the world's problem right now. If you're a muslim and you take offense to that, then maybe you're one of them. If not, then peacefully practice your freedom of religion and don't come on here and attack others for speaking their minds.

It is the respect, to my and your creator, Allah, that i disagree with the posters. It is the name of Jesus (peace be upon him), that insults me to see him on a comic poster.

I hate the mutha f*^%% saddam, but now that he's gone, the U.S should get out, and let the iraqi's take care of their own home.
I think the media on this side of the world has managed to wash most people's brain. If it wasnt for the rich oil country, the U.S. wouldnt have went in.
look at bosnia, it took two years and thousands of deaths before the U.S. came in. I'll bet they would have went in earlier if there was a gold mine, or oil

If the poster insults you then I am sorry for that. I assure you it is not meant to insult the 'religion' but that also means you don't have to like it.
The U.S. should get out of Iraq, unfortunatley it's not that easy to 'pack up and leave'. The region is still unstable with insurgents and supporters of Saddam. To leave would only serve to hurt the IRaqi people who do want a democracy and peace or at the least freedom from oppressive regimes.
This is the mistake that was made in the first Gulf War in that we left without finishing the job so to speak. It's a tough situation for everyone involved I think, but I assure you, with the U.S. Troops still there it is for the good of the people. Without the 'POLICE' there, IRAQ could easily turn into a Militia run nation with warlords vying for power.
Most people are easily influenced by the media; I for one am a free thinker and try to remain open to the reality and not the press soundbites.
