Just a test shot with my dvx100a

I haven't used my dvx100a for awhile, but I got a big short film shoot coming up and needed my dvx100a to get ready... so I shot a 1 minute footage of this girl.
This 1 minute test video was a 'in-camera edit'..and cc'ed in AE.

the warmer more golden shots look great. I really like that her hair and boots aren't crushed perfectly black.

was this shot with just the DVX, or with your letus?

and it seems slightly stretched horizontally.

Love the image, I'm downloading the file now. So, you did your CC in AE, but did you use a specific plug in? What was your process?

I shot this with a dvx100a only [no letus] (around 5:30pm)

Yeah, it does look stretched doesn't it....I shot in 'squeeze' mode.

I took it in After Effects, and did some Magic Bullet Processing.
Look Suite > No85 [ lowered something ( i forgot) since it looked too purple ]
Fading > 100%
Letterbox > Anamorphic [ it cuts the girl's leg off in the first shot =/ ]

Rendered it...took it into Vegas and did a little color correcting there.



I'm at school, so i'll post the before-after when I get home.
