In the dunes with the Voigtlander 17.5mm

I came across this film when watching a couple of your other ones. Excellent & enjoyable- with that lovely sharp/soft look. Tempted to get myself the 17.5mm, but having just got myself the 25mm F0.95 funds are rather low at the moment!

Thank you for this! Very nice! What would be even more nice, would be if the lens were tested for scenarios most likely to be used in narrative work - meaning less shots of bugs and grains of sand and odd angles sitting on the ground etc., but human beings talking, moving about as if in real life, cars passing, rooms being entered at eye level - you know, stuff that happens in movies... unless you're making nature films on the life of ants, I think frankly a different approach might be interesting, with a variety of light levels etc. And while the lens looks nice, it's hard to evaluate it in atypical videos - why is the focus area so small limited to only the very center of the frame... how useful is that going to be in a narrative work, unless you want to examine the tip of the nose of an actor or a single hair inside his nose. Anyhow, very interesting, and thank you for this!
