Hey, I’ve been through some forums and i've noticed that some of you have some problems with your equipment. I would like to offer you some help. Since I myslef going into more creative direction (from technical) i think it would be best to combine my knowledge on the technical part and your help on the creative part.
Currently im able to estimate and repair pretty much everything in HVX200.
When ever its the firewire that stopped working or the screen.. You could send me a PM and we could arrange the meeting or you could send the device for the estimate. Located near NYC. But tri-state area is the border.
Also warranty on the repairs.

This topic is open to questions and reviews.
I'll be more then happy to answer to the best of my abilities any technical questions.

HAHAH Just screams SCAM! Hey buddy, Once I see your name on the Authorized Repair Center List. I might consider you.. HAHAHAHAAH SCAM!!

1st of. Definition of scam is A confidence trick, or con for short, is an attempt to intentionally mislead a person or persons usually with the goal of financial or other gain. The confidence trickster, con man, scam artist or con artist often works with an accomplice called the shill, who tries to encourage the mark by pretending to believe the trickster...

I do not see how my above message is any of above listed definitions of your accusation.

2. Where is the Authorized Repair Center list located?

3. On personal note, I would not be dealing with people like you, sorry but your remarks of 5x"HA" and accusations point out that you are not serious or professionally oriented.

Guys, I learned how to make HVXs in my basement. PM and send me a cashiers check for only $3000, and I'll send you a camera.

You want someone to send you an expensive camera to someone who isn't known by the dvxuser community and registered here to post that?

You want to do an unauthorized repair on a camera that is still under warranty? People who bought it the day it was released to the public bought it less than 10 months ago?

Will you try to meet them at a highway rest stop?
Will you say you broke the camera and try to replace it with a cashier's check?
Will that check be a forged check and get them arrested?

1. As described in my first post. The repairs are done at your studio, or at our office.
2. We repair the damage that is NOT covered by the warranty, or if the device (any Panasonic device) is damaged after the warranty has expired.

There might have been some miscommunication about this part of the post "you could send the device for the estimate" - This actually means that you can come to our office and we will take a look at your device on the spot.

Please also note that all childish and not appropriate replies will be ignored, and service to these users is automatically denied.

Are there any questions or real problems i could help the members of the board with?

Thank you.

OK, everyone chill out.

Don't be too fast to judge a new member who claims to have good intentions. They may turn out to be a very usefull resrouce. There are a lot of scams out there, but that doens't mean that everyone offereing help is out to trick you.

However, Videodocny; advertising is against the rules of the forum. You are only allowed to promote personal projects or websites, and those generally after you've been here for a little while. Members who's first post is advertising something is very much frowned upon. Support like you are offereing is best given as helpfull [not advertising] responses to other's questions.

advertising or not, videodocny is just trying to help. unfortunately there are quite a few dicks on this board. it's too bad too, sure this may be a scam, but there is just as much chance that this guy has seen a lot of people running into trouble with their cams on this board and he wants to help.
if you don;t like what he has to say, don't deal with him.

We get a lot of scammers, and people are very weary (including myself) of people who come on offering to fix something or give sometihng, or use the word cheap..

I personaly think that it is UNWISE to go to an UNAUTHROIZED dealer to fix your camera, not only for the fact they built, and know the HVX, but their insurance will cover any of thier mistakes, and will rectify a wrongful situation, such as Jan has shown.

There are a lot of gullible people on these boards, and a lot of them get taken advantage of. I SINCERELY hope this guy is true, that he will become a authorized repair center of Panasonic, and also SUPPORT DVXUSER/HVXUser.com. But until this person gets some credibility no one can tell.

Thank you for your understanding guys.
I've reviewed the rules before posting and i would not consider it to be a direct advertisement since i am offering help first of all and secondly I am willing to help the board financially if any financial transactions will be involved.

Once again any questions related to technical issues, feel free to ask.

Dear SurJones, please understand that becoming a Panasonic partner will result a cut of profits and upraise of prices. We were dealing with Panasonic directly for about 4 years by now and came to the decision that the best way to go about it is to become its competitor, now do not get me wrong here, we do not target the devices that are under the Panasonic warranty as our main source, however are determined to help people and businesses with tight schedules and deadlines to get their equipment up and running for a price that Panasonic can not offer.
Our current clients can confirm our ability to do the job promptly and efficiently.
