is there less rolling shutter with the hv40 than the hv20/30?

handheld shots hold up ok?

I haven't done much handheld, but have done some with the "16 dollar" poor mans steady-cam and it looks good, not much roll. But it's about the same as when using my hv20. So I'm guessing full handheld is about the same.
