How to get P2 viewer working?

I shearched... a lot. I know there are threads out there cause I read them... but if someone knows the names and has the time, please give me a link to a good thread, or explain how to get the P2 viewer to see my card... :(

I formatted it on the camera, the P2 viewer it installed, I shot a clip and slid it into the PCMCIA slot... windows asks if I need help installing a driver, but I shouldn't have to right? I cancelled that and looked in the viewer... no clips show
 
As Barry stated, you need to install the P2 Driver first. It's on the CD that came with the camera, but you can also get the latest version HERE.

You should install the drivers for both the PCMCIA/PCCard slot and the USB connection. You will need to put a P2 card into the slot(s) you want recognized during the installation.
 
all done... I had installed the driver and viewer when I got my camera thinking that my rebate card would show up soon after... nope! I don't know what I did but right after posting I downloaded the viewer and driver again and reinstalled them... It asked for the card, and after the clear cut installation it started right up :) Thank you!

BTW nice looking book Barry! Read a bit last night, I'll be done with my first front to back soon!

It's actually even better when you read it back to front.

Seriously, nice book. I wish Barry would provide a pdf of the book for some easy searching.
