OK. I'm going to take a beating here, but I haven't figured out the right keywords to find the answer to my question.
I am getting a t2i to go along with my GH1. I have been using a tamron zoom with the constant 2.8 aperture and have the screw down type of adapter to use it manually on the camera (gh1). I obviously have only manual controls, which has been fine.
With the t2i, is there some sort of adapter that will allow me to use the tamrom (nikon mount) and still maintain some electronic control of lens features from within the camera?????
I see on ebay all kind of Nikon to Canon adpaters and even ones with chips. Does anybody know what the chips do?
If these chipped adapters don't allow for aperture control has anybody seen a nikon to canon adapter that has the cheat screw that I have now.
