Your shots are out of focus. Your levels are wacky. There is zero contrast and the shots are flat and lack punch.

Adjust the master ped. in your settings, bring it down more until you to a level you like for your blacks. Also if you want better blacks change the setup to 0 instead of 7.5. This will make the image crush down the black levels more, you will loose some detail in your scene if it is too dark.

Also instead of always using the Cine_Gamma setting try using the B.Press gamma setting, you'll get some nicer black levels with that as well.
