Has anyone used the Canon Cinema lenses yet, specifically the 24mm, 50mm or 85mm?

In another thread, Jim Martin (Filmtools.com) mentioned that there is a lot of interest in the new Canon Cinema lenses. The only review I've been able to find online is this one:

Has anyone shot with any of these lenses yet? If so, how do they perform? If you know, how do they compare to the ever-so-popular Zeis CP2s?

FYI, B&H has the set of 24/50/85 Canon Cinema lenses on sale for $14,220 through the end of the year.

I had a chance to use the 24mm, and was really impressed with it. The mechanics were fantastic, and the images felt very close in warmth and character to the 24mm L EF lens.

Thanks Stephen. Vincent Laforet said he's going to play around with these lenses today. Hopefully, he'll post some kind of review on his website.

Anyone else use these lenses?

We've been using the 50mm on the c300 at my studio for the last month or two. It's been a great lens for interviews and makes a huge difference for pulling focus. I personally like the image it produces. Here's a short film I did that was done 90% with the 50mm lens so you can get some idea of it.

If they would complete the set with the 35mm and come out with them in PL mount I would be all over it.

I'm sure Canon will eventually add a 35mm to help complete the set, but the lack of one just puts way too big of a gap between the 24mm and the 50mm.
