I know who she is. The signs above the doors show she is entering, not leaving, the Hospital!!
Actually due to changes in routing in many UK Hospitals for a one way flow of people she was not going to leave by the main Exit as that is also the main entrance.
The problem is that it is details like the signs which cause some to scream "Fake News!"
You may have seen similar cases of people incorrectly claiming "Fake News!!" on your side of he pond?

BTW the second person to get the Vaccine was William Shakespeare In Stratford On Avon (not that there was any NHS PR/Media involvement in that I am sure :-) )
The UK now has two Vaccines approved. The Pfizer one (developed by Turkish Clinicians in Germany) and the Oxford one. The Oxford one only needs standard refrigeration and therefore can be rolled out faster as there is no need of the -80c systems that are not common.

The 81-year-old had the injection at University Hospital Coventry on Tuesday, 20 miles from Stratford-Upon-Avon, the birthplace of his namesake, England’s greatest dramatist and poet.

Shakespeare’s shot inspired Twitter users, who joked “The Taming of the Flu”, “The Two Gentlemen of Corona”. Some asked if Margaret Keenan was patient 1A, then was Shakespeare “Patient 2B or not 2B?”.

There are lots of claims about Fake News in the USA look on YouTube...
but then again there are also a lot of videos proving the earth is Flat and a Sovereign citizen is "Travelling" not driving and their Automobile is a "ship"
 
Btw what's happening in the Navalny background? Is that his undisclosed location? I dont get it

I know there are lots of claims of fake news but fortunately I dont watch tripe on youtube so I dont stay abreast of them

I think that was off his streaming video to the European Parliament Foreign Affairs Committee. Otherwise, he's got his own YouTube channel (or had).

A pharmacist from a hospital here in the US is currently sitting in jail for destroying over 500 doses of the vaccine by removing 57 vials of the Moderna vaccine from refrigeration and leaving them out intentionally for the purpose of damaging/destroying them. The pharmacist has reportedly admitted to the intentional act, but has not given a reason. And yes, the damaged vaccine was administered to people.

That is perplexing as to why it was done. Though at the moment most of the world is a complete mess and people are doing strange things.
Those whom The Gods would destroy they first make mad?

The Oxford Vaccine does not require -80c storage, just normal refrigeration, and is less temperature sensitive in use. So the UK will probably be rolling that out more than the Pfizer Vaccine. That said if some one wants to deliberately ruin a batch I suppose they will do.
