Can anyone suggest me a nice intervalometer for the t2i? Thanks, it would be much appreciated.

The cheap timer will probably work well, but you will have to test out exposure speeds for consistency. I shot some time lapse tests of clouds when I first got the 550D at high shutter speeds and it flickered quite a bit. (125/sec. and above.)
However I shot some 1 second exposure time lapse at night on the freeway from the dashboard of my car and it looked very smooth.
Most likely a slower speed will be more accurate like 1/4/sec or slower but you will need to use heavy ND filters in full daylight.
resurrecting this thread, I know but has anyone tested any further the two intervalometers from ebay that were posted on here?

Is it safe to get any of the two, or should I purchase the one from Amazon? http://www.amazon.com/Satechi-Remote-Control-Digital Cameras/dp/B001CCH2MO/ref=cm_cr_pr_sims_t
