A bit dated by today's technology. But a good quality basic SD 60i MiniDV camera. Fantastic lens with a great reach.

I personally don't like the camera very much. Having used some of it's standard def competitors: DVX100, PD170, and XL2, I don't think a GL2 is really worth it these days.
