Gini Rig

[Postmaster]

Just got my new Tilta rig - love it!
Quite a nice alternative to the Gini/Zacuto/Redrock scaffold designs

Gini Follow Focus broke in half, no support...

I bought a Gini Rig with a Follow Focus from Ebay for 550 Dollars some months ago. The Follow Focus broke in half the third time I used it --- even though it's very well built! Maybe it came with a defect. I didn't drop it or anything. I tried to get some help from Choi at Gini Rigs *ebay* two times but no help so far. I just wanted to know if I could replace the gear box or if the Follow Focus had some kind of warranty. No replies so I'm guessing no warranty at all. Next time I''m buying RedRock, Zacuto or Cinevate... you pay a bit more but at least the guys reply to emails in a few hours!
