hallo, update

i received my camera back from support with no repair and no defect after check. but this was because there was a misunderstand about my problem.
after 1 call the man at support checkout there 2 camera´s and look to reproduce the effect.
he call me and tell me that he could not really see ( 1 time there show´s a little the same effect) this.
now the will send me 1 off his camera and i could look to reproduce the effect with there camera.
if i could not, then i send my camera back and the will chance something.
i am so surprised how good the co-operation with the support work´s.
i could self compare the 2 cameras and if the result is, that my camera is defect the i don´t lost 1 day when i send it back because i have the 2nd from the support to work continue.

i am really happy with the worker at the support in germany.

ok now,

i have now test the camera was send to me from support.
it was not really hard to reproduce the same effect also with this camera.
after i call the support the told me they will send some pic´s and footage with a report about the problem to panasonic in japan.

what i don´t understand.
if the problem are on both camera and to produce the effect is very simple, why there not more user report(have) this problem?
is my expectation about quality to high?

Hi, I've the same problem too, specially when I shot in avc-intra 1080 24pn, in 1080i the problem is reduced. Ghost effect appear on dark zone in fully lighted scene too.
I'm sending the file to Panasonic Italy, but now I think that problem is not my camera but the project.
I'm very upset!!
