Hoping its a small issue here but I just got a speedbooster ef to the gh4. I also just bought a sigma 1.8 and really excited about testing this out. Seeing that 1.2 on the screen is flat out crazy :) The only issue is the auto focus is not working with the lens? Is there a setting I am missing to make that work. The auto focus should work on this set up. Any suggestions?

that lens is known for improperly set auto focus. you are supposed to by a $50 usb trainer thingy and set it up properly.
or do you meant it won't focus AT ALL? Not sure how that works with speed booster but mine never autofocused exactly right on my canon.

never bothered me - I use it manually only anyway

Sorry. Only the latest Smart Adapter ii with the latest firmware will provide some support of some lenses. Autofocus is not support for third part lenses like Sigma. See the direct quote from their site here:

Why is there no autofocus for my lens?
Autofocus is not supported for

most third party lenses such as Sigma, Tamron, Tokina and Contax N, or
most older-model Canon lenses introduced before 2006, or
NEX-FS700 and NEX-FS100 in movie mode (AF works in photo mode only), or
the original Smart Adapter (Mark I), or
Smart Adapter II with adapter firmware version 13 or below.

Sounds like there is some confusion in this thread between the E-mount adapter and the M4/3 adapter.

To clear up any confusion there are no M4/3 adapters from Metabones that currently support AF. Not the EF Speed Booster, nor the Smart Adapter.
