GH2 in stock thread

For those of you on the fence and wondering about Silver, it's actually a charcoal gray, very similar to the gray on the 14-140 lens.

Hmmm that doesn't sound fair. Was it for the kit or the body?

Samys.com has the 14-42 kit in black and silver.

Huntsphotoandvideo.com also have the 14-42mm kits in black and silver.


UPDATE: Samys also has the Silver Body only (no lens) instock n

Nevermind! called PD just now and they said my order has "outbound delivery status" which apparently means it is going to ship soon! FINALLY! I guess I should think about cancelling all my other GH2 orders...

I have an extra, brand new, never opened, black gh2 14-140 kit that i ordered from kenmore that I'm willing to sell what I paid for it - 1550? Dont have the receipt in front of me. I live in Brooklyn, near Dumbo. I would like to sell for cash only - so i don't lose a penny with pay pal, and postage, etc. So if anyone in the five boroughs can meet me in Manhattan it's yours. My email is kgreenfields@yahoo.com. I'm an indy filmmaker - was going to shoot a feature in the summer with 2 cameras - decided on just using one.

PD shipped mine that was ordered in Jan 16th. I called them and got a tracking number.

I'm pleasantly surprised that Panasonic has shipped a large number of GH2 units after the disaster.
 
They charged my card finally! Still waiting on the delivery email though..

PS. I can't believe that I'm actually happy that someone is charging my card..
 
i'm keeping my unhackable GH1. i might need B cam or backup cam. it might get hacked. the resale price might go up.

You'll never get it. Wityh the order number go to ups.com then "tracking" and then "track by reference"
If it's shipped you'll see the tracking number and where the package is. Check it until it ships!
 
Panasonic just charged me, no shipping email yet, I think I want to cancel the order, but I'd be willing to have it shipped is someone wants to buy it off me. $980, body only. Brand new, I won't even open the box.

Just called PD, it has already been shipped and will be here on Monday (black body)

Is that how much you paid only for the body? If you don't want it refuse the package and they'll credit back everything in about a week. I'm sure you will not have to pay the shipping. Give them a call and tell them that you already have one and if you'll be charged shipping if you refuse it!
