GH2 - HDMI monitoring affects AVCHD recording?

I don't know if I am perceiving something that is not there but during my tests of the nanoflash HDMI recordings I found the strange stutter/glitch every few seconds that can be seen on the monitor while recording when monitoring with an external monitor. I think this stutter is actually ending up on the AVCHD recording as well when the HDMI cable is plugged in. IOW I seem to get less smooth recordings while plugged in.

Can anyone else confirm or disprove this?

Could you post some examples?

I've encountered something similar, but not exactly as you describe. When I'm recording HDMI to the Intensity, and I'm shooting 80% variable, I get frequent stutter/glitches on the HDMI recording, and they are clearly visible on the camera's LCD during recording. However, the AVCHD recording is clean and stutter free.

To me, this is one more example of how the LCD/viewfinder and HDMI output are on the "same circuit".

But, what's causing the stuttering? I would sure like to know, and fix it!
