It is one of the most well-conceived, well-designed, well-written games, ever. And simply breathtakingly beautiful to look at. It's the Citizen Kane of games -- a singularly transcendent moment.

I'm glad to see there are so many CoD4 fans out there. I'm actually one of the founding members of Infinity Ward (the developer). I'm an animator, I do the first person weapons animations. I do video/film related stuff on the side, so I visit here somewhat often. We have an HVX200 here at work that I recommended them purchasing and I own a DVX myself.

To answer Jconnors, CoD4 and World at War are 2 different games. There's Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, and Call of Duty: World at War.

We (infinity ward) are not developing CoD:WaW, we're working on a new unannounced project. Speaking of which, I should get back to work.

Looks like I missed a lot... last game I was into was Counterstrike :D And I played Halflife Deathmatch and Adrenalin gamer mod. Now these new realistic looking games are too much for me :D

Might explain why HVXs appear in the game. :)
 
hahahahah.....sssshhhhh don't tell anyone. It's not a Panasonic it's a 'Petertech' or something like that.

It will be amazing, but its disapointing that they didnt use the Crytek Engine, but i guess its only for PCs so they had a reason too.
