Rocksteady, the piece looks good. It's rough and gritty, which is what I gather you were going for... so good job on that! The audio concerned me, though. Is the original music track that distorted? I was wary of playing that back through my studio monitors as distortion can damage speakers.

I noticed that too, it's subtle but yeah it looks a little streached

How did you prepare it for Vimeo? It's not that it looks a little stretched... that is actually a 4:3 frame, not 16:9.

Pretty cool. I'm not a fan of the tune you picked out and feel this was more of an experiment

Audio is distorted = Clipping
It is not meant to sound like that because it actually creates pops in audio and damages audio equipment. Now in the old days if recorded and mixed analog and it was to hot it would naturally compress, but that's not the case here.
Also your video looks stretched, you have a weird format going on there. Now outside of that the footage looks good and you have a rock solid edit!
