Full-Size PCMCIA Adapter For New MacBook Pro?

Forgive me if this has been covered before but is there any kind of way to have a full-sized PCMCIA card slot for the new MacBook Pro machines? I really like the specs but why the heck did they change the size of the slot? I mean didn't Panasonic sign something with Apple to ensure support with the P2 system. Any suggestion will help. I'm actually typing this at a Mac store and they're useless here.

nothing available at the moment, but supposedly by the end of the year they will have a expresscard to pcmcia
