SOLD!
Small 8 foot (total length) JibOne jib for lightweight prosumer camcorders.
A good little jib for the money. Great for adding a little production value.
It can bear the weight of an HVX200 but it is a little unwieldy to tilt with a camera that heavy. I think it would be just fine with something lighter. It features a tilt handle that can be optionally be locked off. Panning is accomplished by swinging the jib.
You could probably mount a small head on the front bracket and operate from the front if you wanted to, but I never tried that personally. It is very similar to the Tommyjib and Pro-Am jib; in fact I believe that it is probably assembled from the same parts, just by a different "manufacturer." I upgraded all the nuts with thumbscrews, to make assembly easier.
Note: the pictured stand is NOT included! You can mount it to a tripod, or to a slightly modified DJ speaker stand that you can buy for $40 bucks at Guitar Center. http://www.guitarcenter.com/ProLine-...61-i1168472.gc This stand is identical to what some of these jib "manufacturers" sell for $80 or more.
Condition: Nearly new (I never used except for testing), I unsucessfully tried to drill a second hole at the camera end and left a dent (does not affect operation or structural integrity a bit.) ProAm and Tommyjib sell new for around $200 plus shipping, I paid $145, and I will sell for $100 including UPS ground shipping in the CONUS. I'll cover the Paypal fees, too.
