Hey all,

Posting my latest video up here. Let my know what you guys think. It's supposed to be funny/awesome. I was going for a cloverfield type feel.

Thanks!

Ha! I quite enjoyed that! Kudos, and welcome to the site!

Upon looking at the frame it gives you before pressing play, it looks like you rotoscoped the fencing in that bridge scene. Am I seeing that right? Did you roto out every hole in that fence?!

Not every square. Just the large gaps. Then used blending to make it look like I did. Also every sky is fake as well.

I'm about to direct a music video this week. Right after that I'm making another short. I will post it up on here if people are interested.

Nicely done. Very fun.

Was that on a DSLR? Cause that hand held was at times nauseating because of the jello, especially near the end. If not for that this would have been perfect IMO.

Oh and that final shot didn't look like it was to the camera. It was as if to the bottom right of the camera. IMO it would have worked better towards the camera, and it just explodes in size filling the screen with light.

Anyways awesome stuff. Great VFX.

Thanks guys!!!!!

Thanks for the crit! I agree. We actually shot this in 15-20 min. As do most of my shorts since I rarely have time between working on bigger videos for clients and musicians. I just think of something, map it out in my head. Shoot. Yes it was a DLSR - Cannon T2i/550D. I knew going in we would get skew. Good thing theres so much going on the average person will just take it as intensity. The Pros- not so much, they see it. It's a win lose. Thanks, I love good crit. It makes us Strong!

I'm actually spending time on the next one, you know with a script and a crew. So cheers everyone!:Drogar-BigGrin(DBG)
