Focus/Zoom test video

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EFl0WUnF8M8&fmt=22 Do you folks see a sort of 'tearing' in the video, especially in the extreme close up zooms? I haven't figured out if that's a problem with youtube, or with a way I am encoding it. If anyone could shed some light, please do. Thanks!!

i get that "tearing" all the time, yet it doesn't appear in my original vid....it's the web-encode...it's in almost all my vids on Vimeo...nature of the beast when there's rapid movements. i don't get it on static shots.
