Just picked up a Canon 28mm f2.8, love this prime lens but the focus ring is quite stiff, causing inconsistent rack focuses. Is this a normal characteristic of this lens or do I need to get it cleaned/lubed? Is there a way to do this myself without harming the lens? Thanks in advance for any help in this matter.
