C100: Firmware update available (NOV 2013)

I did the firmware update but the ISO still stops at 20 000.
Love the fact that I can now move the center of the camera's magnification area.

Same here on the ISO... is there a setting in the Menu for it perhaps? I haven't had a chance to look since installing it. Moving the Magnification area only works in manual focus so perhaps there is a similar condition for using the 80000 ISO?


Edit: Go to Menu>Camera Setup>ISO/Gain>Extended Range>On

Just updated the firmware - so handy now being able to move the magnification area.
On the subject of the magn area, does anyone have any preference to it switched to black and white instead of colour when being used? Are there any benefits?

if you have mag mode set to black and white, you instantly know you are in mag mode in case you accidentally hit the mag button while handling the camera. I know of several stories where people hit the mag button by accident and framed for the magnified image and were some what horrified to learn afterwards that what was recorded was a far wider shot than they had framed....
