Final Cut Studio 2 & 24P

Someone told me that Final Cut Studio 2 will have built in support for taking out the pull-down from 24P out of the HV-20... Anyone care to confirm or deny?

Disussion?

What would the workflow be for this?

Jeremy I'm wondering the same thing. I didn't get a chance to see the Final Cut demo at NAB, because I spent my time at the RED booth, but from what I did hear they are saying that you can put anything in the timeline and FCP will handle it. I find it hard to believe that it's that simple, but that's what was being said.

I would, however, expect FCP and others to realize that HDV will be around for at least a little while and would figure things out accordingly.

That said, I would love to hear something official.
