Final Cut Pro support for Xh A1?

I heard there were issues with final cut and xh a1, is this resolved?

I never heard of any issues with the A1 and FCP other then it not supporting m2t files.

Just make sure you have FCP 5.1.2 and you're all set.

I have a macbook pro 2.16ghz intel core duo. Do you think this would be a problem with editing HDV footage?

I have final cut pro 5.1 , i'll look for the update. thanks.
My specs are 2.33 core duo 2, 2 gigs of ram .. but a 5400 RPM drive. ack!

I've edited on that laptop config, Hiro. It smooth as silk with HDV--and 5400 rpm is no problem either.

Wes--I'm sure yours would work fine too.

probably be ok if I edited the files as Offline and then just did my final render with the files Online right?
