Hey, havent posted in a while...and if u have some stuff u posted here and need just hit me up with a link under ur comment so I can check it out...

This is the official trailer for the film i been working on for a year now...Yea I know, thats a long time but its a completely indie film that me and a family member birthed on the side while working full time jobs (G2G)...any ways here it is, note also that we left alot of stuff opened ended to not take u step by step through the whole movie so u know the whole film in the trailer and know basically everything...We kept our cards back a little bit

Cool Stuff about the film

filmed completely with a 7D
crew of 5 to 2 on set when filming
Hired a professional actor for Sean's part (Mike joiner)
Edited on FCP X
Never went to film school just alot of indy mogul and Film Riot
Found Julian (Patrick Vann) by mistake at a church graduation function performing a skit and that was basically his audition
Film Budget 15,000
 
Thx for the feedback...I thought the same when i bought the sound in FCP and put it over top the camera audio...I always level both 50/50 to see if there's an echo or bit of reverb so I know the audio is off...but I made sure it synced right and it still kinda gives the illusion of it being off...I think Patrick's mouth is just to kung fu dub movie to follow with the naked eye...

Canon EOS cameras tend to have sync issues, even internally. The in-camera sound is usually about 1-2 frames off from the video. If you sync external audio with internal audio, it will still be off from the video. The best bet is to use a clapper, and take the visual mark to sync to the audio mark.

Just move the audio back 2 frames and you should be fine. I o that all the time. :)
