FCP 6 training

I am making the switch from AVID Xpress Pro to FCP 6 and have no experience with FCP. What is the best way to learn it fast???? I'm a quick learner but cannot learn software from books. Is VTC the best video training tutorials?? Any help would be greatly apppreciated... Thanks!

I've had good experience with Rich Harrington's materials:

Although, I think these videos are for earlier versions of FCS/FCP. These will likely be helpful nonetheless.

Also, if you have iTunes, there are generally a lot of free Podcasts on all kinds of related topics.

I would like to highly recommend www.Lynda.com. I became the go to guy in the office in 3 months after watching this training. I went from intern to the FCP Guru/Photoshop Guru. Yeah they have photoshop training also. Always being updated. Oh and they have an Apple Color training video coming this month. Keep that on the low!
