wow, the letus is being offered at B&H? That's a big move. Good for them. I would have thought RedRock to be the first to hit the shelves of retailers.
 
Glad I'm not the only one wondering that.

Running on Five weeks for those whom ordered the first week.

Thank you all for your patience. We are as anxious to ship as you are to receive. The Extremes are all but ready to go.

We were waiting on the thumb screws that were supposed to arrive at the end of last week. The good news is they are scheduled to arrive today and the second they do, shipping will begin and email confirmations delivered.

Again, we truly appreciate everyone's patience and we apologize for the delay.

Anyway glad to see it all sorted out. Its just like Christmas (the present part) all over again.

Hiens just sent me a messege letting me know that my units is shipping this week also.
I left the messege at around 8:30pm, and he send me a response at 9:00pm.
I wasn't exspecting to hear from anyone til at least the next business day.

Great service Hiens.

ditto on that... they are on this customer service thing like a fat kid on birthday cake.. its amazing. truly not used to this.
 
Oh yeah. I called Hien a while back with a few questions and we talked on the phone for a solid 15 minutes. Not only did he answer my questions, he won me over as a repeat customer for simply caring!

These guys are good. Real good.
 
All,

Extreme is shipping. Some of you may already have received the tracking number. We will be shipping in the priority in which the order was received, so please, please don't ask me to jump the line for you :-)

We had a little glitch on shipping of some critical parts, but all is good now. It was not just the screws. Had it only been the screws, I know some of you would rather have me ship it with duct tape and go find the screws yourselves :-)
